How to quote a new project
After accepting a project you will come to this quoting screen. It contains all the items required by the client.
Ensure you review all the project information (link in top right) This file contains relevant project drawings, photos and information that relates to the project.
Review and edit your quote
- Click on any dollar or qty fields to edit the fields to your own requirements. Press the blue submit when you have finished the line item.
- You can add a new item to the quote if you have additional suggestions. Just use the blue Add item button. This will be shown as a separate addition on the clients quote.
To maximise the accuracy of your quotation, you are encouraged to check the quantities specified by Fitout Builders against the measurements contained in the drawings provided. All pre-populated values in the invoice are to be used as a guide only and must be reviewed.
